Specialty Programming for Attendees 40 and Under

(Newton, Mass., – Oct. 3, 2024) METALCON, the only global event dedicated exclusively to the application of metal in design and construction, announces dedicated programming for rising stars, management trainees, apprentices and others, aged 40 and under, who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

On Friday, November 1, Future Leaders Friday will provide a day of targeted content and interactive activities tailored to emerging leaders at the show in Atlanta. Participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights, acquire essential skills and receive guidance to help advance in their careers and make a significant impact in the industry.

Inspiring Keynote with Dr. Melissa Furman

Future Leaders Friday kickstarts with an inspiring keynote from Melissa Furman, a renowned expert in leadership development and career advancement. In her presentation, Relevant Leadership: Navigate, Elevate, Accelerate, Furman will share her expertise on overcoming career challenges, building a personal brand, and achieving success. Her 2022 session, which has captivated over 41,000 viewers on YouTube, continues to inspire audiences with its impactful insights.

Coffee Connections

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Following the keynote, future leaders are invited for Coffee Connections, a relaxed and informal networking event. Enjoy coffee while connecting with peers and industry experts.
