| Last week marked the 25th annual Women In Construction Week (WIC Week™), sponsored by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). This year’s theme, ‘Many Paths, One Mission’, celebrated the different journeys women have taken toward the same goal: strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry. Last week, chapters from all over honored, revered, and recognized the important contributions women are making in the industry to continue to raise awareness of the challenges some women face in hopes of evoking change.
