Rollforming for the Metal Construction Industry — Day One includes: “Considerations for Metal Building Roll Formers” presented by Matt Werner and Shawn Huffman with Beck Automation, “Utilizing Existing Capital Equipment and Tooling” presented by Brian Rogers, Sr. with FormTek, Inc., “Improve Profitability & Competitiveness through Computer Integrated Manufacturing” presented by Andy Allman, President of AMS Controls, Inc., “Proper Roll Form Tooling Setup and Troubleshooting” presented by Steve Ebel, President of Roll Form Solutions.

Choose from these Certification Workshops:

Low Slope Detailing Workshop – Certificate Course – Join Architectural Sheet Metal Trainer, ASM 101, Alex Prothmann, on Wednesday, 10/18 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Gain a deeper understanding of the basic level low slope details with the intention to transform perspective on what is actually possible with sheet metal and how it applies to a roof. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Metal Roof Installation Training Certificate Program is a two-day, 8-hour introductory certificate program based on MCA’s Metal Roof Installation Manual. The course starts Tuesday 1:00 -5:00 PM, and continues on Wednesday from 8 AM-12:30 PM. Steve Maule, Engineering Manager at Fabral Metal Wall and Roof Systems, and Steven Minunni, Northeast District Sales Manager for ATAS International, will lead this comprehensive training program. Upon successful completion of the training program, individuals who prove themselves to be qualified will be presented with MCA’s Metal Roofing Certificate of Completion.

*** Please note that some of the above workshops take place one day prior to the official start of the METALCON event so make travel plans accordingly. The show officially opens with the first Keynote Address on Wednesday, October 18 at 10:00 am followed by the exhibit hall opening at 11:00 am.
