LVCC PARKING OPTIONS
Parking is available at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) in designated lots such as the Bronze Lot, Diamond Lot, and Silver Lot. Please note that parking is cashless, charged at a daily rate, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel Support Letters
METALCON provides support letters for attendees and exhibitors. These letters confirm the business purpose of your visit and can be presented to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers upon arrival. Download the letter that matches your registration type and customize it with your personal information.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No one under 18 is permitted on the expo hall or in any METALCON related events. This includes but is not limited to move-in/out and event days, no exceptions. Management reserves the right to request proof of identification at any and all times.
Attendees/exhibitors assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property. Releasing show management, it’s employees and agents against any claims.
METALCON reserves the right to use photographs/videos taken at the event or any events hosted by or in partnership with METALCON without the written permission of those included within the photograph/video. METALCON may use the photograph/video in media material produced, used or contracted by METALCON including but not limited to: social media platforms, brochures, invitations, publications, magazines, television, website, publications, etc. Any person that does not wish to have their photo taken or distributed must contact the association and communicate, in writing, their intentions, METALCON reserves the right to deny this request.
Lost or forgotten badges are subject to a $50 fee. A reprint will only be provided alongside proof of identification.
No-Solicitation Policy. In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our exhibitors, sponsors, attendees and staff, METALCON has a strict no-solicitation policy. We do not allow solicitation by attendees or any unauthorized party in any designated show areas. METALCON reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual in violation of this policy without refund.
