METALCON 2023 returns to Las Vegas this year and we invite you to take center stage in the nation’s “City of Lights.” METALCON’s Call for Presentations is now open and we are seeking individuals who want to educate, engage, inspire and present material in ways that will enhance the attendees’ experience. Topics that address real-world, metal-related opportunities and challenges toward a variety of disciplines of the metal construction community with a special interest in technical aspects, building codes, case studies, and sustainability will be considered. NEW for 2023 — All topics submitted will be considered for BOTH in-person education at METALCON 2023 and for our year-round METALCONLive! programming.

FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM ADVISORY COUNCIL
Last year, the Metal Construction Association and METALCON saw the successful launch of the Future Leaders Program. Given the critical need to focus and steer the metal construction industry toward the future, we are seeking a few individuals to serve on the program’s Advisory Board. If your company has an individual(s) under the age of 40 interested in making an impact in the metal construction industry, please click on the link to learn more about this great opportunity and to submit a name for consideration. The time commitment will be approximately 6 virtual meetings a year, and the individual will have early access to programming, discounts to attend METALCON 2023 and more. In its 19th year, the Metal Roofing Magazine will present its annual Metal of Honor
Awards in April. Take a minute to submit your vote to determine the suppliers who do the best job of providing the services and products you need to successfully run your business (Deadline: Jan 15). The deadlines for MCN’s 2023 Metal Construction Hall of Fame and Top Metal Builders contests are also approaching. Nominate an individual who represents the most important and innovative leadership in the metal construction industry for this year’s Hall of Fame and if you are a builder, submit your tonnage and square footage to make the list of this year’s top metal builders.

(Newton, Mass., – Nov.12, 2024)—Exhibitors at the only global event dedicated exclusively to the application of metal in design and construction were invited to nominate their standout products for the prestigious METALCON Top Products Award.
