Just 50 miles from Las Vegas in the heart of the Mojave Desert, the Valley of Fire spans more than 40,000 acres of vibrant Aztec stunning red sandstone, breathtaking landscape, unique vegetation and beautiful wildlife, and a rich cultural history.

Embark on a memorable half-day adventure through the awe-inspiring Valley of Fire, led by Corporal Adam Bautz, U.S. Marine Corps (Ret.), founder and lead guide of Outdoor Travel Tours, and proud graduate of The Semper Fi & Americas Fund Apprenticeship Program, which helped launch his thriving outdoor adventure business.

This adventure will be tailored for METALCON guests of all abilities, following custom routes created by Corporal Bautz himself—an experience designed to inspire, educate and create memories that will last a lifetime.

COST: This adventure is just $110 per person paid directly to METALCON during registration.
*Note: $50 from each tour registration will be donated to Semper Fi & Americas Fund, continuing their important work supporting U.S. service members and their families.

What to Bring and Wear?

It will most likely be in the 80-90 degree range. Dress as if you are going to the gym!

• Shoes with a hard rubber tread are recommended
• Bring a water bottle and sunblock
• Wear a thin long-sleeve upper layer; bring a sweatshirt or fleece jacket
• Optional hat and sunglasses
