40 Rising Leaders. One Industry. Nominated by You.
These aren’t future leaders.
They’re already making decisions that shape projects, companies, and the direction of metal construction.
Only 40 professionals will be selected.
Across jobsites, fabrication floors, and design teams, people are stepping up, driving innovation, leading teams, and changing how work gets done.
METALCON 40 Under 40 recognizes them and puts them on the industry’s radar.
This Isn’t Just Recognition
The companies that win the next decade know who’s leading it.
The people solving problems, improving how work gets done, and pushing projects forward today are defining what this industry looks like tomorrow.
It’s visibility.
It’s credibility.
It’s momentum.
Who Comes to Mind?
You already know who this is.
Maybe it’s someone on your team or maybe it’s you.
