Honorees are selected by a cross-industry panel based on achievement, leadership, innovation, and impact.

Key Dates:

Must be 40 years of age or under
Should be nominated by a peer, manager, employee, or industry professional or self nominated
If self-nominated, you must provide one external reference from peer, manager, employee or industry professional
Nominee does not need to be a METALCON attendee
No specific job title or years of experience required
Must be actively working within or contributing to the metal construction industry
