Current Exhibitors FAQ's
METALCON 2026 will take place at the Orange County Convention Center from October 7-9.
Mark Swagerty, Exhibit Sales Manager, can be reached at 857-255-3340 or mark@metalcon.com. Mark will be available to answer any questions and help you through the booking process.
To get started, fill out the Exhibitor Application. You will be redirected to fill out contact information and select a booth from our available options followed selecting a payment option prior to submitting. Your request is not approved until a confirmation is received from METALCON with further instructions.
You can view exhibiting companies and see what booths are still available by visiting our floor plan. You can search by exhibitor, priduct categories and booths. All blue booths are still available for 2026!

Wednesday, October 7 / 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, October 8 / 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, October 9 / 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
METALCON has a wide variety of attendees including contractors, architects, engineers, building owners, installers and more! Within these groups we have VP’s, C-level, purchasing decision-makers and owners all looking for the newest products, technologies, and ideas from industry experts. Yes! METALCON Online is our FREE business-boosting resource for new solutions, new strategies, and new ways to grow your business. METALCON Online is also available on-demand so you can attend any session AND earn AIA credits at your convenience. Check out our on-demand and upcoming sessions here!
To make a payment on your booth and/or see your balance, please visit your Exhibitor Resource Center. From here, you can click “Go to Financials” to make a payment or download your invoice.
Log into your Exhibitor Resource Center and under the “Complete Your Profile” section, you will be able to add your company description, categories, and more!
Absolutely! Each exhibiting company is given two unique promo codes to share with customers and prospects. One promo code is good for 10 Free complimentary Total Experience passes. The second code can be used for $30 off Total Experience passes and can be used an unlimited number of times. Please log into your Exhibitor Resource Center and scroll down to “Share Your Discount Codes” to obtain those codes or email amanda@metalcon.com.
Yes, absolutely! METALCON offers an array of marketing/sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors to choose from and increase their presence before and during the show. Check out all the available sponsorship opportunities here.
METALCON works exclusively with MCI.
Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies other than MCI that imply an affiliation with the METALCON. We have been informed that other companies have aggressively pursued METALCON attendees/exhibitors/partners or their companies to use their services to book guest rooms at supposedly significant discounts. You must be 18 years or older to attend and walk the show floor, even during set up. For safety reasons, anyone under the age of 18 years old will be denied access.
METALCON DOES NOT SELL ATTENDEE LISTS. Anyone who reaches out to you trying to sell attendee lists is a scam and should be disregarded immediately. If you have any further questions, please contact Amanda Carlow at amanda@metalcon.com.
You can order everything you need through The Expo Group show services. Show services will be made available in June. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out The Expo Group at exhibitorservice@theexpogroup.com.

Monday, October 5th: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (400 Sq. ft. and above) 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm (All Exhibitors)
Tuesday, October 6th: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Move Out Hours
Friday, October 9th: 1:00 – 8:00 PM
Saturday, October 10th: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Yes! All exhibitors are required to provide a COI before getting on-site. You can find a sample in The Expo Group’s Show Services Manual. Please email amanda@metalcon.com with any questions.
