In this engaging presentation we dive into the intersection of code requirements, quality assurance, and the innovative solutions offered by pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs). Explore the critical role of plant quality programs in ensuring compliance, reliability, and performance, while discovering effective strategies for meeting often complex code requirements. Real-world solutions and practical insights make this session essential for professionals seeking to optimize construction projects within regulatory frameworks.
Learning Objectives:
- Explore building codes and regulations that apply to metal building construction projects including energy efficiency considerations.
- Explain the design, components, and performance of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), including how these systems meet or exceed building and energy code requirements.
- Discover regulatory frameworks that affect various construction and design projects.
- Current codes and testing that all builders and designers need to be aware of in project design and erection.
- Discuss how plant quality programs ensure that manufacturing processes align with industry standards.
- Analyze best practices for ensuring compliance with building codes when designing and constructing with PEMB.
