Always willing to offer advice on the value-engineered approach of a metal building system, he has become a valued resource to owners, builders and designers in the construction industry. Thomas resides in Hershey, PA, and services the Northeast and Eastern Canada and Nationwide or wherever his clients may be building the next project.

Randy is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the metal building industry. A proud alumnus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Randy holds both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Randy has been a Registered Professional Engineer since 1987. This strong educational foundation and professional achievement has been instrumental in Randy’s successful and varied career. Throughout his extensive career, Randy has held multiple pivotal roles that have significantly impacted the industry. Starting as a design engineer, Randy quickly demonstrated a talent for innovative problem-solving and relationship management. This led to progressive leadership positions, including Regional Engineering Manager, District Sales Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and Corporate Accounts Manager. In these roles, Randy has been instrumental in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results. Randy has been married to his college sweetheart, Linda, for 41 years. They have two daughters and three grandchildren. Outside of work, Randy enjoys going to the gym, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with family.
