Phil Costar

Phil Costar has been in the building industry since 1980, beginning his career in the residential homes market in New Zealand where he built a top 20 company. During this time, Phil was introduced to steel frames, starting a 20 year journey that led to him introducing cold formed buildings to the US in 2000. Initially Phil was told that cold formed would not work in the US. 25 years later, cold formed is now well accepted and sought after. Phil has worked with many of the largest US manufacturers, their Distributor networks, and Contractors in the field, to advise and support their journey with cold formed.

Nathan Margosian
Owner, Natmar Construction
Nathan Margosian is the founder of NatMar Construction. His introduction to cold formed happened as a contractor in the Denver, Colorado, area. Nathan liked cold formed so much, he built his company around it, becoming a dealer with Metal Sales Manufacturing and Quicken Steel. He’s an expert on cold formed erection and produced his own video training series on cold formed construction.
