Crystal, President at Monarchis an Emmy Award-winning Meteorologist with 24 years of weather & climate experience. She has anchored, interviewed and reported on major national weather events, including state of emergencies and historic natural disasters through The Weather Channel, NBC Nightly News, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC Los Angeles and TODAY Show. She has also been awarded the NWA and AMS Seals of Approval.

After working as a consultant for a Fortune 100 company, providing global weather & climate analysis to their risk management team, Crystal founded Monarch Weather & Climate Intelligence where she oversees business operations, strategic partnerships, marketing and project management.

Kathryn Prociv

EVP, Monarch Weather & Climate Intelligence

Kathryn, EVP at Monarch is A Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM), and a member of distinguished organizations including the American Meteorological Society (AMS), Association of Certified Meteorologists (ACM), and National Weather Association (NWA).

In addition to Monarch, Kathryn is an Emmy Award-winning Meteorologist and Producer for NBC News in New York where she is responsible for all weather content that airs nationally across all platforms, including The Today Show and Nightly News with Lester Holt. Kathryn holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from Virginia Tech. Kathryn spent five years as a meteorologist and weather producer at The Weather Channel. There, she produced across all programming platforms including the morning and prime time live shows.
