She holds NWA and AMS Seals of Approval and previously consulted for a Fortune 100 company’s global risk management team. Crystal now leads Monarch Weather & Climate Intelligence, overseeing operations, strategic partnerships, and project management.

Kathryn Prociv
EVP, Monarch Weather & Climate Intelligence

Kathryn, a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) and Emmy Award-winning meteorologist, is a key member of Monarch’s leadership team. She also serves as a weather producer for NBC News, responsible for all nationally broadcast weather content on The Today Show and Nightly News with Lester Holt. Kathryn holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Virginia Tech and has extensive experience producing for The Weather Channel.
