Driving Directions from Baltimore/Washington
International Airport (BWI):
• Start out going EAST toward I-195 West
• Stay STRAIGHT to go onto I-195 West
• Merge onto MD-295 NORTH via EXIT 2A towards Baltimore
• I-695
• Turn RIGHT onto West Pratt Street
• Acknowledgements will be sent from Globetrotter Travel Management Services, Inc.. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.
• Room tax - All room reservations are subject to room/transient occupancy tax, currently 9 (nine) percent, but subject to change.
• Deposits - A guarantee of first night’s room and tax is required from each delegate requesting a room accommodation and secured via major credit card. This will be billed to the delegates credit card by the hotel within 72 hours prior to arrival. Each delegate is informed of deposit and credit card choice policies by the housing agent.
• Cancellations are taken by each hotel directly after cut-off.
